I have used Home Advisor in the past. No matter what the repair, they charge you the same price. Not the case with Homeline Appliance. This is a great company.

After reading many reviews, I called Homeline Appliance Repair due to great reviews and high ratings. I was greeted by a friendly voice on the other end. I explained my issue and Kim provided her advice upon investigating the washer error code. She answered all of my question and did not recommend service based on expertise and rationale. She discussed prices and options. She provided recommendations if I decided to purchase a new washer and information on maintaining. I can greatly appreciate a company where one is told it does not make sense to repair the issue and they would not feel right servicing at the cost knowing other parts had not been replaced. I did not receive service; however, when I am in need, I know what company to call and when others are in need I know who to refer. I see why the company has a high rating. Good honest people!! Our stove wasn’t working after being stored in a pod following water damage in our home. From my first phone call I have been very happy with their response, communication, and repair. During this period of ‘social isolation’ I wasn’t sure how or if my repair would be done. But Brian fixed the stove this morning and was extremely polite and professional. As he was putting away his tools we talked about the steps we were both taking to try to ward off COVID-19. I was happy to see that he wore disposable gloves while in my home and kept at least 3 feet away as we talked! I will definitely call them if/when we need a future repair!

Brian and Kim were great to deal with. I’ve been hearing about their company for years so when my washing machine stopped working and smoke was coming out of it, they were the first ones I called. Brian showed up when he said he would and was very professional and knew his stuff. Sadly in my case my washer’s motor was about dead. Brian told me it was time to get a new washer instead of spending just about as much on having his put a new motor and one other thing in. Unlike other repair places that are only after your money they didn’t want me to repair something that was going to be too expensive to fix. I’d recommend them to anyone. The salesman at ABC Warehouse even asked me to bring them some of their business cards so he could pass them out. I’d recommend them to anyone.
