Our technicians are professionally trained by all domestic and most foreign brands including Whirlpool, Maytag, GE, LG, and Samsung. Additionally, we understand that technology is more advanced than ever and constantly evolving, which is why our team is constantly attending training sessions from other manufacturers to stay up to date

Our Pricing Policy

We charge a $108 diagnostic fee for each standard domestic product in the home and a $128 diagnostic fee for high-end domestic (i.e. front-load washers, architect series, built-ins, etc.) and foreign brands. This charge is the minimum fee if no repairs are made and is per each individual appliance you might have us look at.

All labor rates are job rated (not time rated) and incorporate the cost of the diagnostic fee, which is not charged over and above the cost of labor but is incorporated INTO the flat labor rate.

We will do our best to provide you with a rough estimate over the phone whenever possible. We highly encourage you to let our representative know if you have more than one appliance you want us to run a diagnostic on for the most accurate estimate.
